From Naval’s Notes:
Mr. Cassidy has created his first graphic score for his latest take on Instant Cinema. Its title will remain a secret, even to himself, until after the piece has been performed. However, the short history of this new work is no mystery. In fact, thanks to Adam Kendall’s fabulous Video Composer’s Workshop at Diapason Gallery, Naval has been hard at work converting a hand drawn score of eight voices into five electronic midi scores that manipulate different parts of his video and audio mix. The three voices left are to be read by his fellow performers; two on camera, one on AM radio; plus various shtick in between the sections to cleanse your palette.
